Origin
An airport. A traveler already leaving.
The founder needed an urgent document on the other side of a flight — the next day. Courier desks were slow and expensive. At the airport he found a traveler already on that corridor, who agreed to carry it.
The recipient had it in hours. The flight was happening anyway. The empty kilograms were the unused asset.
That handoff is still the product: list a parcel, match a trip, inspect, deliver, settle.
Mission
Make spare capacity useful.
Aircraft and travelers already cross borders every day. AirJIT’s work is to make leftover luggage usable for lawful parcels — with identity, inspection and payment protection so strangers are not coordinating in a parking lot.
We do not own the airlines. Smart contracts do not replace customs. The standard is a clear handoff and a clear settlement — in J1USD when delivery is confirmed.
