2. Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using airjit.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
If you use the AirJIT mobile application to ship, travel, host, or settle payments, additional terms apply inside the product. Those product terms control for bookings, holds, Host agreements, and account rules.
3. What this website is (and is not)
airjit.com provides:
- Product information about traveler-based parcel logistics
- Official public information about J1USD and JIT on BNB Smart Chain
- Market desk pages, contract references, documentation links, and educational guides
- Links to the Help Center at help.airjit.com
airjit.com is not:
- An investment recommendation, solicitation, or offer to sell securities
- A bank, broker-dealer, or money-transmission dashboard for retail fiat redemption of J1USD
- A substitute for airline, customs, or local law
- Custody of your wallet keys, seed phrases, or private keys
4. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law. You may not use the site if doing so would violate sanctions, export controls, or other laws that apply to you. Product features (shipping, travel, Hosts) may require identity or travel verification inside the app.
5. Accounts and the AirJIT app
Creating an AirJIT product account, listing parcels or trips, accepting Host roles, or settling in J1USD is governed by the app experience and Help Center policies, including prohibited items. Website registration forms (if any) are separate from in-app identity checks.
6. Tokens, markets, and blockchain interactions
Pages describing J1USD, JIT, contracts, and markets summarize public blockchain and product information. Interacting with smart contracts, DEXs, bridges, or wallets is entirely at your own risk. You are responsible for:
- Verifying official contract addresses only from airjit.com/contracts, /j1usd, and /jit
- Network fees (gas), slippage, and transaction failures
- Tax reporting in your jurisdiction
- Never sharing seed phrases — AirJIT will never ask for them
Read the Token risk disclosure before buying, selling, or holding JIT or J1USD.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, overload, or disrupt the site
- Impersonate AirJIT, forge token contracts, or distribute phishing pages
- Use the site to promote illegal goods, weapons, or fraud
- Misrepresent official token addresses, decimals, or network
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data
8. Intellectual property
Site content, branding, and materials are owned by AirJIT or its licensors. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial reference. Brand assets have separate guidelines on the Brand assets page. Do not imply endorsement without written permission.
9. Third-party services
The site may link to explorers (e.g. BscScan), DEXs, app stores, Grey Wallet, social networks, and help.airjit.com. Third-party terms and privacy practices apply. AirJIT is not responsible for third-party content or availability.
10. Disclaimers
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free content, or that token prices or market data are complete or current at every moment.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirJIT and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, tokens, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or reliance on its content — including losses from smart-contract interactions, phishing, or market volatility.
12. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify AirJIT against claims arising from your misuse of the site, violation of these Terms, or unlawful use of logistics or token features.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to AirJIT Inc., without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer protections apply. Courts of competent jurisdiction may hear disputes, subject to those mandatory protections.
