1. Purpose of this disclosure
This page summarizes material risks related to AirJIT’s public tokens — JIT (utility / security) and J1USD (USD-referenced settlement) — and related market information on airjit.com. Read it together with the Terms of Service, J1USD, and JIT pages.
Digital assets can lose all or most of their value. Only risk capital you can afford to lose. Seek independent professional advice if needed.
2. No offer; no advice
- airjit.com does not solicit the purchase of securities or investment contracts
- Content is informational, not financial, tax, or legal advice
- Past prices, charts, or volumes are not indicators of future performance
- Third-party listings do not imply regulatory approval
3. Market and liquidity risk
JIT has a floating market price. It can be extremely volatile. Bid/ask spreads may be wide. Liquidity can disappear during stress.
J1USD targets a USD reference but is not guaranteed to trade at $1. It can trade above or below the reference for extended periods. Thin liquidity, pool imbalance, oracle delay, or market panic can worsen dislocations.
Market pages on airjit.com may show live or indicative desk data. That data can lag, error, or differ from on-chain pool prices.
4. Smart-contract and technology risk
- Bugs in token, vault, proxy, or related contracts can freeze, drain, or destroy balances
- Upgrades (where applicable, e.g. UUPS proxies) can introduce new risks
- BNB Smart Chain outages, congestion, or fee spikes can delay or fail transactions
- Wallet software, bridges, and DEX routers have their own failure modes
- Phishing sites and fake tokens are common — verify contracts only on airjit.com
5. Administrative and centralization risk (especially J1USD)
J1USD includes role-controlled features that may include pause, mint (within a ceiling), freeze, blacklist, wipe of frozen balances, and upgrades. Those controls exist for security and compliance response. They also mean trusted administrators can materially affect your ability to transfer or use J1USD.
JIT may include transfer limits or anti-abuse mechanics described in verified source. Always review current contract behavior on explorers linked from /contracts.
6. No redemption promise
AirJIT does not advertise a public retail window to redeem J1USD 1:1 for bank dollars or FDIC-insured deposits. Do not treat J1USD as a bank balance. Converting to other assets depends on available markets and counterparties.
7. Dual-asset and product dependency
JIT and J1USD serve different roles. Utility of either token depends on AirJIT’s logistics product, Host network, user adoption, and settlement design actually being used. Features described as planned may be delayed or cancelled. Product outages or policy changes can reduce demand for either token.
8. Operational and logistics risk
If you use AirJIT for shipping or travel, parcels can be delayed, damaged, seized, or refused. Settlement in J1USD does not override airline or customs outcomes. See Prohibited items and the Help Center.
9. Regulatory and tax risk
- Digital-asset rules vary by country and change quickly
- Tokens may be restricted or treated differently for tax, securities, or payments law
- You are solely responsible for taxes and reporting
- Sanctions and AML rules may restrict who can interact with certain assets or services
10. Impersonation and information risk
- Only contracts published on airjit.com are official
- AirJIT will never ask for your seed phrase or private key
- Social media “support” accounts may be fake
- Whitepaper or third-party articles may contain outdated figures — prefer live contract pages
11. Acknowledgement
By using airjit.com or interacting with JIT or J1USD, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept them. If you do not, do not buy, hold, or use the tokens.
