Legal

禁運與限制品非法或不安全物品會讓旅客承擔真實風險。

包裹以個人行李形式移動。有疑慮就不要上架或接受。航空與海關規定永遠優先 — J1USD 結算不能使禁運包裹合法化。

1. Core rule

Only lawful goods that fit the traveler’s luggage and airline rules may move through AirJIT. You must follow departure, transit, and destination laws — including customs declarations. A completed J1USD payout does not mean a border agency accepted the goods.

The detailed operational checklist is maintained on help.airjit.com/account/prohibited-items. If this page and the Help Center differ, follow the Help Center and the stricter airline/customs rule.

2. Always prohibited (examples)

Do not list, carry, or accept:

  • Firearms, ammunition, explosives, fireworks, and weapon parts
  • Illegal drugs, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia where banned
  • Stolen property or goods obtained by fraud
  • Counterfeit currency, fake branded goods intended to deceive, or forged documents
  • Human remains, body parts, or hazardous biological materials
  • Live animals (except where a specific Host/airline program explicitly allows and is documented — default is no)
  • Toxic, flammable, corrosive, radioactive, or pressurized hazardous chemicals
  • Anything the airline, security screening, or destination customs bans

3. Often restricted (may be banned on many routes)

  • Lithium batteries and power banks — strict airline limits; undeclared packs are a common safety refusal
  • Alcohol and tobacco — age, quantity, and duty limits vary by country
  • Food, plants, seeds, soil, and perishables — agricultural inspections are common
  • Medicines and supplements — prescriptions, controlled meds, and import bans differ by destination
  • High-value jewelry, cash, and bearer instruments — theft and declaration risk
  • Electronics with large batteries — may need original packaging and quantity limits
  • Liquids over airline carry-on limits for cabin segments

If you are unsure, do not ask a traveler to “just try.” Update or cancel the listing.

4. Accurate listings

Shippers must:

  • Describe contents honestly (no vague “personal items” for regulated goods)
  • State size, weight, and photos that match the physical parcel
  • Disclose batteries, liquids, powders, and food clearly

Travelers and Hosts must refuse parcels that do not match the listing, look unsafe, or violate rules at collect. Each hop is a new inspection.

5. Consequences

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate listing or account suspension
  • Forfeiture of held funds according to product rules
  • Reporting to authorities where required
  • Airline seizure, fines, or criminal exposure for the individuals involved

6. Practical checklist before you list or accept

  1. Is it legal at origin, transit, and destination?
  2. Does the airline allow it in checked or carry-on bags as planned?
  3. Is the declaration honest and complete?
  4. Would you be comfortable explaining the contents at security?

If any answer is no or unclear — do not proceed.
