AirJIT Inc. operates the AirJIT product and public website. Questions: legal@airjit.com.
2. Dual nature of the product
Compliance considerations span two domains:
- Physical logistics — parcels travel as traveler luggage or via Host handoffs; airline, customs, and local law always apply
- Digital assets — JIT and J1USD are BEP-20 tokens on BNB Smart Chain with public contracts and market activity
Token listings on third-party sites do not mean JIT or J1USD is registered as a security, e-money, or payment instrument in every jurisdiction.
3. Identity, travel, and account integrity
Users of the AirJIT app may be asked for identity verification, travel confirmation, or other checks before listing trips, accepting parcels, or becoming a Host. Verification does not waive customs or airline rules. A verified user can still have a listing rejected at inspection.
AirJIT may suspend accounts, remove listings, or freeze bookings when we detect fraud, safety issues, or prohibited activity. Details appear in the Help Center and in-app policies.
4. Prohibited and restricted goods
Illegal, dangerous, or misdeclared goods are not allowed. See our Prohibited items overview and the operational list on help.airjit.com. Settlement in J1USD does not legalize a prohibited parcel.
5. Payments and J1USD settlement
Product settlement is designed around held funds released on delivery confirmation, denominated in J1USD where applicable. Users should understand:
- J1USD is USD-referenced, not a guaranteed $1 bank deposit
- Off-app cash deals bypass protection
- Dispute processes are described in the Help Center — outcomes are not guaranteed
6. On-chain compliance controls (J1USD)
The live J1USD contract stack includes administrative capabilities (for example pause, freeze, blacklist, and related controls) so AirJIT can respond to security incidents or legal requirements. Those powers also create concentration risk for holders — see the Token risk disclosure.
Official addresses are published on /contracts and /j1usd. Never import tokens from DMs or unofficial sites.
7. Sanctions and restricted persons
You may not use AirJIT services if you are prohibited under applicable sanctions or export-control regimes, or if you are acting for such a person. We may block or restrict access where required.
