Why Host
City logistics for a traveler network.
AirJIT matches parcels with travelers. Hosts are the ground layer — a trusted place to drop, hold and collect when people cannot meet at the gate.
Earn per parcel
Commission on shipments you collect, inspect, store and hand off on time. Optional doorstep and traveler services can add fees.
Exclusive city rights
One Host per city. You operate AirJIT parcel handling in that territory under the Host agreement.
Brand & demand
Shippers and travelers already use AirJIT. You supply the local facility and last-mile — not a cold-start courier brand.
Services
Warehousing. Delivery. Local traveler support.
Warehousing
Secure storage between legs, before pickup, or until the recipient collects.
Parcel handling
Collect, inspect, photograph and dispatch. Catch listing mismatches before the next hop.
Last mile
Doorstep pickup and drop-off in the city with your team or a delivery partner.
Traveler extras
Optional local support such as travel booking help or currency exchange where you already operate.
Program
How the Host program works
A reachable facility near the airport or a public corridor. Commission when you process parcels safely and on time.
01
Facility
An office or warehouse users can reach — inside or near the airport, or a public location suited to drop-off and pickup.
02
Operations
Collect, inspect, store and transfer. Coordinate travelers. Keep records. Host Portal access covers live trips and shipments after onboarding.
03
Qualification
Registered business with logistics experience, customer service, and a working knowledge of airline and restricted-item rules.
04
Finance
Operating runway plus a USD 10,000 JIT security deposit held in a smart contract. Exact banking and crypto requirements are in the Host agreement.
05
Settlement
Shipper payment is escrowed. Your share releases when your step is done. Parcel settlement is in J1USD.
06
Standards
Safety and timing matter. Lost, damaged or delayed parcels can draw on the deposit. Contract term is typically 1–5 years, with notice to exit.

Operations
Built for real-world handoffs.
Hosts sit between strangers, airports and last-mile. Identity, inspection and escrow exist so that is not a handshake in a parking lot. Smart contracts do not replace customs law or a visual check of the parcel.
Trust & securityOn-chain deposit
Security deposit locked in a smart contract — not a handshake escrow.
Paid per completed step
Process the parcel safely, get your share. Faster handling, faster release.
Inspect & photograph
Document every intake and handoff before the parcel leaves your facility.
Multi-leg support
Hold and transfer when a shipment chains more than one traveler.
Compliance
Safety, customs and prohibited items
Parcels still pass airport security and customs. Hosts share responsibility for lawful contents, honest records and destination rules.
